RETAIL BONUS

Paid Out Weekly

Earn up to 25% retail profit by purchasing products at wholesale price and selling at the suggested retail price.

As an IBO you may purchase PURE: People United Reaching Everyone products at a wholesale price.

This provides you the opportunity to earn an immediate Retail Profit of up to 25% when you sell these products at the suggested or recommended retail price.

You may personally sell and deliver to your retail customers or you can enroll them and have PURE manage the sale and delivery of the product to them.

SPONSOR BONUS

Paid Out Weekly

As an active IBO, you are eligible to earn 10% Personal Volume (PV) on all orders placed by your new, personally-sponsored IBOs in their first 90 days.

As an Active IBO you have the opportunity to earn a sponsor bonus on every new IBO you personally sponsor. Your Sponsor Bonus is equal to 10% of the Personal Volume (PV) of all orders submitted by your new IBOs in their first 90 days.

PACK BONUS

Paid Out Weekly

You get paid pack bonus for registering new downlines or IBOS in your PURE Business.

All Pack Bonuses will be paid to the Commission Active.

Pack Bonus is paid to the Sponsor regardless of their entry level and regardless of the Sponsor’s “Commission Active” status.

TEAM BONUS

Paid Out Weekly

Ten percent of the total PV of IBOs and Members in your lesser team. Applied at the ranks of Bronze and above.

Team Bonuses are the foundation upon which you begin to build your residual income at PURE. To be eligible for a Team Bonus each week you must meet the qualifications of an Active Bronze Director.

Each week you have the opportunity to earn 10% of the total Personal Volume (PV) of IBOs in your lesser team. You are eligible to earn up to $12,500 each week in Team Bonus.

To earn a Team Bonus you must build two teams, one on the left and one on the right.

Total PV for each team is tracked on a weekly basis and you, as the team leader, are paid on the team with the lesser total PV.

From the example above, this IBO will be paid 10% of their LTV which is 3,000PV = $300

 As you sponsor new IBOs you’ll specify their placement on either your Right Team or Left Team, keeping in mind that you will only earn bonuses on your Lesser Team Volume (LTV) each week.

Strategically placing your newly sponsored IBOs  will help motivate all of your IBOs to greater action and success – and greater bonuses.

As long as you remain Active, the volume that is not included in your Team Bonus calculation in any given week will carryover. This allows you the potential to be paid on it at a later time.

RANK BONUS

Paid Out Monthly

Earn the PURE Rank Bonus on the highest,first–time rank advancement achieved during the commission period throughout the term of the incentive. Beginning at the rank of PlatinumDirector, awards range from $1,000 USD all theway to an amazing $250,000 USD.

GENERATIONAL BONUS

Paid Out weekly

Seven percent of total Team Bonus paid to IBOs in your Sponsor Tree. Applied at the ranks of Gold and above. Your rank determines how many generations deep you are paid.

As an Active Gold Director or above, you qualify for a weekly Generation Bonus. This bonus is calculated as 7% of the total Team Bonuses paid to IBOs in your Sponsor Tree. Your Rank determines how many Generations deep you are paid.

The Sponsor Tree details the sponsoring activity of yourself and everyone you have sponsored throughout multiple Generations.

A Sponsor Tree can have multiple legs.

For example, If you have personally sponsored four IBOs, you will have four legs in your Sponsor Tree.

One Generation includes all of the IBOs in the Sponsor Tree from yourself down to and including the next Silver Director or above in each leg.

LIFESTYLE BONUS

Paid Out Monthly

Monthly bonus earned when an IBO achieves rank two times or more within a calendar month. Applied at the ranks of Bronze through Emerald.

Consistently maintaining your Leadership Rank has its own reward. This monthly bonus is earned when an IBO achieves their Rank for two weeks or more in a month. You are not eligible to receive a Lifestyle Bonus in any month that you receive a Leadership Bonus for two or more weeks.

LEADERSHIP BONUS

Paid Out Weekly

Each week 3% of Total Company Volume is placed in a Global Pool to be shared among the six highest PURE Leadership Ranks, from Diamond through Crown Diamond.

An individual leader earns shares of the global pool in accordance with the Rank at which they are paid for each week

CAR LUXURY PROGRAMME

To qualify for the CAR LUXURY PROGRAMME, you need to be a DIAMOND.

Becoming a Diamond Executive requires you have 20,000PV in your LTV (Lesser Team Volume) or pay leg,  you need 35,000PV on your (Sponsor Tree Volume) and 15,000PV as Max STV/Leg.
